Atrium Capital Group is developing a small bay industrial project on five acres of land in the fast-growing industrial area of Ocala, Florida. This region is known for being the “Horse Capital of the World” (and home to John Travolta’s jet-plane themed house), but it also supports a diverse regional economy of manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and service industries.
In short, there's a strong need for small-bay industrial facilities.
We celebrated the groundbreaking of this project along with our wonderful partners at Dinkins Construction. Our Ocala Industrial development will consist of four 12,000SF small bay industrial buildings. The project is located directly adjacent to Scannell’s Ocala 75 development that will include three million square feet of new Class-A industrial space. The Ocala Small Bay development will include a mix of grade and dock-high rear loading doors, access ramps, spec offices, and visibility from I-75.
