Originally from Lake City, Justin brings a friendly and professional approach to property management and combines it with considerable knowledge of the market. A lifelong Gator fan, this North Floridian can often be found cheering on the University of Florida football team or enjoying the natural features of the area. Justin’s actually a fairly accomplished scuba diver, which has given him some breathtaking views of Florida’s freshwater springs as well as other popular dive sites.

Of Atrium’s Core Values, Justin definitely identifies with “Order the Pizza”. He believes that property managers ought to always consider each client when faced with a problem. Outside the box thinking, going the extra mile, and going off-script when necessary are things that Justin brings to the table.
Getting Involved
The larger community is also of great value to Justin and his leadership style. He regularly attends association events and classes and maintains a strong network of professionals to stay abreast of what’s happening in the market. He’s also heavily involved in nonprofit and church activities to better the community and even the world — Justin has traveled to Guatemala on missions trips and loves finding ways to impact the lives of others in positive ways.
